El Calafate, Perito Moreno

After Tierra del Fuego I arrived to Patagonia. I was surprised when I didn't see any trees from the window of the airplane. I have to be honest. I didn't know that the main part of patagonia is desert I guess I didn't know , because everybody knows this place for the mountains, lakes and glaciers.

The guide books say that in El Calafate you only have to see the Perito Moreno and you can leave on the next day. Unfortunately they are right. There isn't to much things to do here, But the Glaciers are amazing. Anyone who travels in Argentina has to see this.
