The idea of a second hand shop is of course not new and even in Hof there are a couple of other second hand shops as well. What makes Integra different? They have a huge selection of furniture and they are offering services like collecting your unwanted stuff and delivery. And they do all this by providing jobs to people with limited abilities to work.

You can pretty much find here anything you need in a household. The only downside is that they sell things too cheap. Yeah that’s the downside, because it means that everything with good quality is gone in seconds and you have to search true “trash” to find something useful. It applies mainly to the cloth and book section. Furniture is fine. Probably because nobody is buying a bed just because it’s cheap.

I think these kinds of shops should exist everywhere. Pretty much like a social service. It helps people who are moving out, it helps people who are moving in, and it helps the people who are working here. Win, win, win. And nature is the biggest winner because of the reduced amount of trash, and the reduced amount of new things that would have been produced otherwise.
